I found user's need "Keeping it safe". The previous delivery service is exposed to various external risks in the absence
of the recipient. SMARTBOX is delivered to your home, so you can safely store the parcel even when you are away.
UX
Smartbox's delivery service consists of four stages: Delivery, Identification,
and Notification. This prevents the parcel from being exposed to the risk of loss.
Also, consumers can check the entire process through the application.
Lighting Details
LEDs using intuitive colors indicate the progress of delivery.
Also, it is easier to find the destination with LED for delivery drivers.
Display UI & Box Size Standard
The password, notification, etc. are shown to the driver and the landlord through Icons, Texts, and Sounds.
